It's about the S.Y.S.T.E.M. (Save Your Self Time Energy Money)

In my 10 years in the network marketing industry, I have joined a total for 4 companies.  In each company, we were about to recruit thousands of people, whether the company was ground floor or whether the company was 20+ years old.  Now of course in the the older companies we didn't make much money but we still built large organizations. Even in the companies that didn't have the best products or comp plan, we still did well.

I'm going to give you the secret.  Well not the whole secret, but I will tell you how we were about to do it.

IT WAS THE SYSTEM THAT WE USE TO BUILD OUR BUSINESS!
S.Y.S.T.EM. stands for
Save Your Self Time Enery Money

The system we use has created 2 Billionaires in the network marketing industry.  So the system has been proven!!

Now I'm not going to give you our actual system, but what I will tell you is that you have to have a system that is:

1. Duplicatable
2. Simple to follow
3. Can be taught to a new person by a new person
4. Separate from what the company does.

Also make sure there is only 1 system to follow, not many and that it's something only your team does.

Our system doesn't follow the company's plan.

You see the company's only focus is to sell the products and/or services.  So all the training that they give is to make reps better as selling the product and services.  They do mention recruiting other only to turn those new people in the great sales people.

Whatever system you decide to go with, make sure that is surrounds recruiting as the main focus. You see in network marketing, the goal is to build the network first and then the services will come with each.  Just like McDonald's.  Ray Kroc was first concerned with putting a McDonald's on every corner, then once the network was built, Billions of burgers are sold.

One of the issues I see in most companies that have a few people doing well and many people not doing well is that there are about 5 or 6 different systems going on with in the company or the teams within the company.  New people join and have to try to figure out what's the best system for them. What happens is the team cannot growing together. Everyone is doing there own thing. It's like the New England Patriots running New York Jets plays. There is no way the Patriots are going to grow together as a team.  Everyone must be on the same page if the team is to grow.

Now once you have a few serious people on your team following the system, the system will now build your business.  Your business will now become system dependent and not people dependent. Once your business is being built by the system, EXPLOSION happens and you will have a business whereby recruiting NEVER STOPS!!!!

I know this is a random post but it's an important one.

Now if you want to know our system, I will have to kill you first. LOL! Just joking. But serious!!!

But you will have to be apart of the team to learn the system.  It's only fair.

To your system success,

Marlon Hurd

Your spiritual field is full but your natural financial field is empty.

This is going make my church folk feel a little uneasy but it's the 100% truth.

First of all there is nothing wrong with being rich or wealthy.  Let's clear this up right now.  It's not the money that is bad.  Money has been around forever.  It's what is done with the money that makes it bad or good.  If people are using their money to be flashy, flaunty  or to do wrong things, then it's bad. But if people are using their wealth to help others, then it's good.  So stop thinking that being a Millionaire is bad.  Even Paul the Apostle made tents so that he could have money to travel and spread The Gospel. And when he left to travel, he RECRUITED help so that his money would not stop.

I live in Atlanta, GA.  It's the in an area of the country that we call the "Bible belt".  That means many people of this region were raised in church and live very spiritual lives.  They believe that God is their source and will provide them with what they need.  This is all true as I am a Believer myself.

What I don't see is many church folk making large amounts of income.  There are a few that are wealthy or financially independent or doing well at their jobs, but there are many that are not and may never be.  It's not unusual to see this, even though there are 2048 verses in the New Testament concerning wealth.

But how can this be if people are praying and believing in God for a financial miracle.  Pastors and Reverends are preaching every Sunday about a "financial breakthrough". But for many people that break through comes in very small spurts or not at all.  Why is that?

Well is here what I've learned and confirmed by my Millionaire mentor.  Your wealth and financial independence is grown where you sow.

You see...

Church folk spend many days sowing into their spiritual garden.  They pray to God for a many great spiritual things to happen. So what is reaped are spiritual blessings.   We were put on this Earth to grow and multiply the things we are given.  Most people spend their entire lives sowing into their "spiritual gardens". So what's reaped are blessing that are going to benefit them in the spiritual world.  They are storing up gifts in Heaven, their faith gets stronger, they are able to fight off temptations and demons, they become anointed, they can feel other people spirits, they can hear from God more often.  Those are all spiritual blessings or reapings.

Here is where they fall short when it comes to amassing large wealth, they never sow in the right field.  Church folks don't ever get a financial field to plant financial seeds.  In order to gain wealth and financial independence, you have to sow in a "field" that's going to multiply your efforts, EXPONENTIALLY.  Sowing in your job doesn't create multiplication because you are not in control of the income your job gives you. You can't go to your boss and say, "Hey I want my income to multiply every month!" It just doesn't work that way on your job. It's like sowing into concrete.  You may get a few weeds and some grass to sprout up and one "rose in the concrete" but wealth will never amass.  Also no time is every spent sowing financial literacy into your mental garden as well.  They same mind set you had about money is the same mind you are trying to use to grow you money.  So you have to spend time reading books about wealth.  As your mind grows in wealth, so does your physical money.

You ever wonder why those elderly people that have been going to church all their lives are poor and broke.  This is why.  They spent their entire lives sowing into their spiritual gardens but spent no time sowing into their natural financial gardens.  They worked on that job for 35 years, sowing all their time into that job praying to God that the job gives them all they want and need. But the job only gave them what it wanted to. So now that the job is over, their spiritual gardens are FULL, but their financial gardens are EMPTY with weeds.

You see...my lovely church folk,  you have the right amount of faith and belief.  You have the right person, God, as your source.  You just need the right field to plant the right seeds.  If you took those same "seeds" that you are sowing into your job and sowed them into a business where those seed and multiply exponentially, OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, those seed can allow you to reap a large financial harvest.  Plus that business will continue to provide you with a RESIDUAL INCOME.

This is great for those that are called by God to travel the world to share the Gospel through their ministries.  It takes MONEY to travel the world. What better way to travel the world and not worry about income then to be in a position where you money is continually multiplying and reoccurring.

If you are looking for a great opportunity, GO HERE first to see what we are teaching people about their finances and how to get free.  If you want to know more about the opportunity we have where you are start to sow in to field that can grow your income exponentially, feel free to contact me via email or leave a comment.

I would love to hear from you on this one.

I'm only here to help.

To increasing your spiritual and financial gardens,

The Janitor vs. The Attorney: Leverage + Residual income = Financial Independence and Wealth

All I heard when I was growing up when it came to choosing a profession was "You need to be a doctor, engineer or a lawyer.  They make all the money. You don't want to be a garbage man or a janitor.  What kind of life is that."  So at an early age I had stuck in my head that I was going to be a doctor.  I watched The Cosby Show and wanted to be "Cliff Huxtable".  In high school, I excelled in all my math and science classes. Even as a Freshman, I was tutoring Senior football players in 9th grade Biology!  I was really smart.  In college, I took the most challenging Freshman Math and Chemistry I could.  After awhile I realized that this is not what I wanted to do.  So I changed my major and graduated in Human Ecology (the study of people in an ecological environment).

Fast forward to today...I have the choice of retiring before my 40th birthday, while the family members that told me to "get the good job" are still working well into their mid 60's.

Let's take a look at the lives to two people:

1. A janitor.
2. An attorney.

If you ask most people what job or lifestyle they would want to have, what person do you think most people would want to be?

The attorney of course!

The attorney may have the nice car, nice clothes, nice home, the credit cards, the travel...THE LIFE!!! Right!!!

The janitor may be struggling to make ends meet, riding the bus, carrying his lunch to work, living in a one bedroom apartment, struggling to provide for his family...poor right?

Well both the janitor and the attorney are in the same position really. Neither of them have any passive, leveraged, residual income.

Passive income is income you earn without working for it.  Financial independence occurs when passive income > expenses. Wealth is the length in time that passive income lasts.

Let's take a look at the janitor's financial life and the attorney's financial life.  Let's take a look at their current financial situation

             Monthly Income                     Passive income         Expenses

Janitor:      $2,200                                          $0            <     $2,000

Attorney    $6,200                                         $0             <     $6,000

As you can see both have no passive income and both have expenses. As you can see the attorney's expenses are much greater than that of  the janitor's.  In most people's eyes, the attorney is doing well financially.  The attorney has all the attributes of financial success.

So one day the attorney becomes partner of his law firm.  He get's so excited that he goes out and buys a new car, clothes and puts a down payment on a bigger house.

Mean while, the janitor joins a part time home based business (what an idiot, right?).  Why didn't he just go back to school.

Now let's take a look:

Neither person is financially independent.  But who do you think is closer?

            Monthly income                           Passive income         Expenses

Janitor:        $2,200                                           $0            <     $2,000

Attorney      $8,200                                           $0             <     $8,000

As you can see, as the attorney's income increased, so did his expenses.  He has all the nice stuff but guess what, none of those nice things are bringing him any passive income. This is what most people do, as their income increases they increase they expenses, instead of using that extra income to decrease their expenses and increase their passive income.

Now let's take a look.  Remember, the attorney increased his income and expenses. The janitor did not increase his expenses but added a part time business (asset) to increase his passive income.

After 6 months:

                 Monthly income                           Passive income         Expenses

Janitor:        $2,200                                           $500           <     $2,000

Attorney      $8,200                                           $0             <     $8,000

After 6 months, the janitor has $500/ month in passive income while the attorney is still just making it.  He only has $200 left over each month, but he looks good!!

After 1 year:

                  Monthly income                           Passive income         Expenses

Janitor:        $2,200                                           $1,500           <     $2,000

Attorney      $8,200                                           $0             <     $8,000

After 1 year, you can see that the janitor's passive income has grown.  He may have also used some of that passive income to pay off some debts, so is expenses may have gone down.  The attorney is struggling (internally of course).  He is not doing to well at the firm and things are looking shaky.  Remember the attorney is only making income from ONE STREAM...his job.  The attorney has to take out a second mortgage on his house to for some things. Look what happens to his expenses.  They are now greater than his income.  How many people do you know this happens too?

After 2 years:

                  Monthly income                           Passive income         Expenses

Janitor:        $2,200                                           $2,500           <     $2,000

Attorney      $8,200                                             $0             <     $8,600

After 2 years, you can see that the janitors passive income is now greater than his expenses.  The janitor now has a choice to walk away from his job or continue to work to increase his savings and pay off more debts. The attorney still doesn't have any passive income and his expenses have increased.

NOW WHOSE LIFESTYLE WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE?

I know this is just a story but this happens to 100,000's of people every year.  There are people that think that borrowing money to have nice things is success.  They will push their income and stress to the limit to "live the life."  Then there are those few that take advantage of a home based business opportunity.  They will work and build the business to: save money (emergency fund), pay off debts and create a passive, leveraged, residual income.  The business OVER TIME grows larger than their expenses.  At that point they are able to "live the life" because they now have the TIME to do that things that they enjoy.

They have leverage and residual income that creates financial independence and over a longer period of time...WEALTH!!!

If you want to know more about an opportunity you can join, first go here to get the plan on what the opportunity can do for you, FINANCIAL DEFENSE.  Once you view the plan, send me and email below with your best contact information and I will contact you to share with you the opportunity.

Why add a part time home based business to your current income?

For years I've had people ask me, "Marlon, you still doin that...that...thing?"  I"m like, "What thing? "You know that thing where you get a whole bunch of people under you to do all the work and make you lots of money." "Yup, I'm still doing that "thing".  By the way that "thing" has about 1000 people in it and paying me a residual income of about $X,XXX a month."  "Really?" "Yup!  Hey (really smart friend), how many people do you have "under" you helping you to make money?"

After that I always get the dumbest look and that let's me know that that number must be very close to ZERO!!!  Or they will say "I got this on my own"

No one has done anything GREAT without any help.  Even Albert Einstein had a group of laboratorist that helped him with his discoveries!!! BA-LEEV THAT!!!

Here is why network marketing is the smartest way the average individual to create financial independence and/or wealth.

Let's say you are moving out of your house and it's time to move that refrigerator. Oh No! How hard would it be to lift that refrigerator over your head to move it? By yourself!!!  It would be damn hard!!! Nearly impossible!!!  Now you are holding up that refrigerator over your head and it's getting heavy...I'm talking bout it's going to drop right on your head!!

Now let's say you called 100 of your friends and family members to come to your house to help you lift your refrigerator.  You and your 100 helpers are all holding the refrigerator up in the air.  Quite easy, huh? I bet!! I mean now you have HELP!!! Now let's say that you removed your hands...just your hands... from up under the refrigerator.  Would it fall?  Of course not!! You still have 100 peole helping you to hold the refrigerator up.

Now imagine that refrigerator is your INCOME!!!

Most people are holding up their "INCOME" refrigerator by themselves. They are the only ones working [a job].  So when they get tired of holding up their "INCOME" refrigerators or their "INCOME" refrigerators falls on them (lose their jobs), their income falls as well.

Network marketing are those 100+ friends, family members, co-workers, etc, and their friends, family members, co-workers, etc, and their friends, family members, co-workers, etc, and their....(get my point) that have come to help you hold up your "INCOME" refrigerator.

So which way do you think is easier? Holding up your income by yourself or recruiting some help? HMMMM...

Until next time,
